    Worked there 2 and a half years ago, they don't pay there staff wages and other bills don't get paid either, please avoid and go to a real computer shop with a retail shop front.

    Over the phone called me "thick", for asking a question for a 4-8 pin connector. Then i questioned his comment asking him if thats what he says to customers and replied "Yeah". Obviously rude staff. Disgusting to speak to a customer that way. Stupid mother f*ckers.

    Went to Nerd Shop 2 years ago to get a computer fixed. Did not fix it got paid. Took it back for a warranty claim.Tried to charge again, refused an invoice, refused to give computer back, went Consumer Affairs, went to court , still in court , now District , still has not provided an invoice wont accept any payment, scenario keeps changing.

    Went inside, very rude and obnoxious staff. Also said a comment under his breathe as I asked a question, the guy there was short tempered and rude. I had been advised not to go there by many people, but it was the closest option and i had not much time, they over charged for the computer fix and i was forced to pay the ridiculous price for the end result of "no conclusion" and now have to go to a different store.
